The Ultra Rarity of Ultra Instinct Sign Goku Summon Banner has returned, and my answer straight to this is that I am not summoning him to not spend more 10K - 15K CC on that, as pretty much one LF character remains in that banner.
(I already own him)

Hello everyone! This game is not yet complete and is currently under active development. We have also added a new programmer, sprites, and voice actors!
